2Key is a real estate investment company. We buy properties throughout Southern California to flip. 2Key is the creation of two lifelong friends, Jeffrey Huang and Jonathan Liu. They were disillusioned with their corporate jobs and wanted to find a more fulfilling path. After numerous bad ideas, they decided to follow their passion for real estate and 2Key was born.
Jeff and Jon leaned on their corporate experience to make 2Key operate with the same efficiency, communication, and customer experience of large corporations, but with a “mom and pop” culture. We don’t believe in high-pressure tactics or tricks and that’s why we outline our entire process on our website. Our core belief is that if we give respect, we will get respect. That’s how we approach our business.

Jon Liu, CEO & CFO
Jon is a glutton for real estate. He first dabbled in real estate as a commercial finance attorney where he drafted loan documents. He quickly got tired of the stuffy suit and tie and ditched them to become a residential real estate agent. He built a wealth of knowledge but HATED working with other agents–most people hate agents so you can only imagine how bad it is having to deal with them every day!
Using the knowledge and experience he gained, Jon took his talents to the real estate investment world where he enjoys using his passion for the transaction to creatively structure deals. When he’s not knee-deep in real estate, Jon spends his time chasing around and trying to keep up with his young daughter.
Jeff Huang, Secretary & Project Manager
Jeff is a project management guru. He spent nearly a decade working with some of the biggest companies in the medical device industry, overseeing product marketing, development, and management. Wanting to break away from the strict confines of the corporate hierarchy, Jeff turned to real estate as a way to more creatively use his project management skills.
He loves finding the potential in every property and coming up with rehab solutions. He gets a thrill from seeing the drastic changes from a project’s inception to completion. Outside of real estate, Jeff is an avid tennis player and enjoys gardening.
